Following Ellisha's visit to Vanguard to present to staff at the start of the academic year, we decided that this experience would also benefit our students. Ellisha spoke about diversity, bias, unconscious bias and how to understand ourselves and others. Student feedback was very positive and to have the whole school in the hall for assembly was a first for Vanguard!
