Twanale Kallon, Chair of Governors
Twanale started her Non-Executive Director career at a social enterprise in 2019 providing an expansion and transformation strategy to facilitate the implementation of new revenue income to ensure long-term sustainability whilst providing corporate governance.
Twanale serves on the International Advisory Board for Greenwich University Business School where she also has provided support as a tutor for the Business Consultancy course, and as a Managing Accounts Lecturer. She is a coach and mentor providing guidance for career development and business start-up, expansion and transformation. She has a passion and utilises her networks to increase diversity for employability. Twanale has extensive leadership experience fortified with a paper published in the journal of ‘British Academy of Management’ upon completion of her MBA with distinction. Her research gave further insights into the issues the NHS are facing which impacts staff, businesses and most importantly patients.
With a biomedical degree from St George’s Medical School, coupled with an extensive career in the pharmaceutical industry; Twanale was nominated for a National Marketing award in 2018. With local to multinational sales and marketing experience Twanale provides strategic support and facilitate the implementation of new revenue income strategies to ensure long-term sustainability.
